Hi,
I've just been reviewing your blog. Quite recently - I've had a breakthrough of sorts when it comes to my *clutter* -- I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude in this breakthrough to the work of Alice Miller. Believe me, I know all about the guilt, shame, and self-recriminations of being a clutter-bug. If you would like me to fill you in on what I learned -- I'd be happy to email with you. I don't think that anybody who has not gone through the process we are going through would understand... and that's why I would keep it private.

For the first time in my life -- I have finally felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
It's not a quick fix - or an easy solution... but it's worth it.
